SIKH EMPIRE: AE falus (11.31g), Peshawar, AH1236 year 3, Valentine-743var, in the name of the Durrani Ayyub, fancy arrangement of mint & regnal year on the reverse, magnificent example, rarely seen in this quality, EF, RR. Peshawar came under Sikh control in AH1231 (1816 AD), but struck silver coins in the name of the Durrani ruler until AH1246 and copper until AH1239.
