BUWAYHID: 10th/12th century, glass vessel stamp (5.36g), A-1585V, inscribed 'amal al-hasan ("by order of al-Hasan"), with the name probably intended to be 'ali below and symbolic "legend" around, bluish-green translucent, EF, RR. One example gives the additional legend "bin 'ali al-zajjaj", "son of 'Ali the glassmaker", sold in Myntauktioner i Sverige Auction 17, Lot 1521, originally from our Pricelist 85, Lot 82.
