LVDOVICVS • XIII • D: G • | FRAN • ET • NAVA • REX •, small sun above crowned royal arms of France / +CHRISTVS • REGNAT • VINCIT • ET • IMP (hand) 1633, cross anillée fleudelisée with B at center. Rather unfortunately cleaned, given the coin's striking execution on the whole that leaves no detail weak or underexpressed. Though hairlines appear over the fields, ample appreciation of the struck features is still available, with strong die polish present in the arches of the crown and residual luster still visible in the protected regions around the devices.
