Part of this notes 1 Peso sheet mate is found in the top margin, most likely from a miscut. Hand penned signatures and an 1867 date are found. PMG has graded just five examples of this Pick number at the time of cataloging. PMG comments "Cut Cancelled, Pinholes, Ink." PMG Pop 1/1 Finer.
