Perforation cancelled. Printed by W&S. Portrait vignette of President Joaquin Suarez is found at left while Arms are seen at center flanked by Cherubs. At right is a map of Uruguay with two Jaguars below. The reverse of the note depicts the Oath of the 33 Orientals, which was painted by Juan Manuel Blanes in 1878. Out of four notes graded by PMG for the variety, this is the finest graded at the time of cataloging. PMG comments "Small Tear." PMG Pop 1/None Finer.
