HGC-1, 1596; Pegasi-1; Gorini-Unlisted Group (O2/R13). Obverse: Pegasos flying left, Reverse: Helmeted head of Athena left; M below. This lovely specimen maintains a delicate balance of luster and rainbow tone on problem-free and lightly circulated surfaces. The die pairing--seemingly unlisted in Gorini--appears to link groups II and IV.
