Pr-112. In the name and types of Alexander III. Obverse: Head of Herakles right, wearing lion skin; Reverse: Zeus seated left on throne, holding eagle and scepter; Phrygian cap in left field. Exceedingly elegant and attractive, this issue from just after the death of Alexander III presents a bold figure of Zeus accentuated by lustrous iridescence emanating from the fields.
