HGC-4, 430; BCD Thessaly-II, 281-2; SNG Lockett-1581 (this coin). Obverse: Head of the nymph Larissa facing slightly left, with hair in ampyx; Reverse: Horse standing right, preparing to roll. Very lightly circulated, this piece has only the lightest hint of rub on the well struck surfaces. A bit of smoothing is noted, though this well pedigreed example retains a charm and attractiveness.
