RUSSIA. Ruble, ND (1704). Kadashevsky (Moscow) Mint. Peter I (The Great). PCGS Genuine--Scratch, AU Details.
KM-122.1; Dav-1642; Bit-175. The first Ruble issue of Peter the Great, these early examples are always in strong demand. There are unfortunately two visible scratches descending diagonally from the bust. In spite of these drawbacks, this example is an attractive one with a light tone and attractive luster and details remaining. The eagle arms of Russia on the reverse are about as well struck as possible, far exceeding the normal strike quality of this type.
