HGC-6, 448; SNG Cop-510. Obverse: Sea turtle, with head in profile, "trefoil" collar, and "T-back" pelleted design on shell; Reverse: Thick skew pattern within incuse square. This RARE Hemidrachm from Aegina is beautifully struck for the period and well centered. There is a granular nature to the surfaces, and some wear, but altogether a lovely specimen.
