Obverse: Diademed head of Ptolemy I facing right, wearing aegis around neck; Reverse: Eagle with closed wings standing left on thunderbolt; to left, civic monogram above club. A popular issue of the Greek rulers of Egypt, this Tetradrachm was struck at Tyre on a larger sized flan and has much detail remaining.
