A nice selection of Denarii from four of the five "good emperors," all of which are above average condition and have nice details remaining. Featuring issues from Trajan, Hadrian, Antoninus Pius, and Marcus Aurelius as both Caeser and Augustus; these rulers presided over a period of piece and prosperity in the Roman Empire. Marcus Aurelius is remembered today for his contributions to Western Philosophy with his works on Stoicism and virtue ethics remaining canonical today, and the wall that bears Hadrian's name marked the end of the Roman World.
