The NM prefix is split between 1999 and 2000 with the latter date being a key date in the series. It is very rare to encounter a full set of matching prefix lucky numbers split between two dates especially if one of the dates is a key date. Therefore not an 'ordinary' set and its merits must be recognised by collectors. A superb offering (13).
