Obv: Eight-grained barley ear, with a pair of small folioles at its base; MET downwards in l. field. Rx: Barley ear, incuse, without folioles or inscription. Acquired from Frank Kovacs, 1990. A stater of Noe's Class I, with a pair of folioles or bracts at the base of the barley ear on obverse, which appear only on coins of this class.Some planchet irregularities. Some areas of missing flan. EF
