Rx: LAETITIA AVG N around, S - C across lower field, Laetitia standing l. holding wreath and anchor.Although sestertii of Gordian III are as common as sand on the beach, this coin is struck on an exceptionally large flan and with incredibly sharp detail in the portrait, and has a smooth jade green patina. Despite minor weakness in a few letters of the reverse legend, the reverse type is very sharp and the obverse legend and portrait are virtually flawless. MS
