Chicago Coin Club. CHICAGO COIN CLUB BULLETIN. Volume V, No. 1 through Vol. XVII (1940–1957), complete (see comments). 8vo, original printed card covers. Also present are the commemorative issue published for: the 500th meeting (1960); the Golden Anniversary (1969); and the Bicentennial (1976). Generally near fine. Very scarce. During World War II, the Bulletin switched from being a quarterly to an annual format and never switched back. Only one issue of the 1942 volume (Volume VII) was issued. Annual volumes were published for 1943, 1944, 1947, 1949, 1950, 1951, 1952, 1953, 1955 and 1957. Those published between 1951 and 1955 were not numbered, and the 1957 volume, which should be numbered XVII, is instead marked XVI.
