Arms of Britain upon escutcheon, supported on a platform inscribed SEMPER EADEM, and decorated with a rose and thistle; two infant genii support a crown above the arms and collar and George of the Garter, edge plain, 35mm, 15.77g, 12h (Eimer 425; MI ii 296/111-13; Farquhar 1913/260), light fingermark right of bust, otherwise lustrous with proof-like surfaces, an outstanding example of this medal, supremely attractive and much as struck
