George I (1714-1727), 'Roses and Plumes', Halfcrown, 1715 SECVNDO, laureate, draped and cuirassed bust right, rev. crowned shields cruciform, eight strings to harp,edge lettered upwards, 15.02g, 7h (Bull 1550; ESC 587; Spink 3642), some adjustment on chin and a touch broad-struck, otherwise handsomely cabinet toned, almost extremely fine, a thorougly pleasing coin.
