George III, Bank of England, Proof Dollar, 1804, by C H Kuchler, laureate, draped and cuirassed bust right, rev. BANK OF ENGLAND, Britannia seated left, K inverted, 27.02g, 2h (Bull 1946 [D/2a]; ESC 160; L&S 70; Spink 3768), two slight scratches in obverse fields, otherwise beautifully toned and residually brilliant, traces of the undertype apparent at peripheries, an attractively bold extremely fine.
