On many foundation coins of Aelia Capitolina, the vexillum is inscribed with various legion's identifying numbers. On this coin type, the legion is so far unknown. Kadman speculated it could be inscribed LEV but Meshorer thought LXF. To date, no specimen has has been found which satisfactorily settles the debate.
