Lucius Caesius. 112-111 BC. AR Denarius (19.5mm, 3.87 g, 4h). Rome mint. Youthful, draped bust of Vejovis left, seen from behind, hurling thunderbolt; monogram to right / Two Lares seated right on rock, each holding a staff; dog standing right between them, head of Vulcan and tongs above. Crawford 298/1; Sydenham 564; Caesia 1; RBW 1140. Old cabinet tone, some die wear, a few minor scratches on obverse under tone. Good VF.
