The bad condition of the obverse inscription does not allow us to be sure about the epithet of Zeus. A stone found at the boundary of temple of Zeus Kasios at Kassiope, a town at the northern extremity of Corcyra, inscribed ΔΙΟΣ ΜΗΛΩΣΙΟΥ. The title Melosius indicates the close relation of Zeus to flocks and herds and inform us of one more epithet used for him on the island.
