Moesia, Istros. Civic issue. 400-350 B.C. AR drachm (18.3 mm, 5.87 g, 6 h). Two young male heads facing, side-by-side, left face inverted / IΣTPH, ethnic above sea-eagle standing left on dolphin which it attacks with beak; Θ beneath eagle's tail, K in exergue . AMNG I/1 450 var. (no Θ); SNG Stancomb 142 var. (no K); HGC 3 II, 1801. Good VF, generous-size flan, die crack or scratch across right face's cheek; gray and some multi-colored patina.
