Hexastyle temple with flanking wings, statue of Concordia seated left in center, patera in right hand, cornucopia in left; statues of Hercules and Mercury standing on flanking podia, statues of Jupiter, Juno, Minerva, Ceres and Diana above pediment, statue of Victory at the top of each wing / TI CAESAR DIVI AVG F AVGVST•P•M•TR•POT•XXXVII•, legend around large S•C. RIC I 61.
