Deity, holding reins and bow, riding hippocamp right above two lines of waves; below, dolphin right / Owl standing right, head facing; crook and flail in background; T (in Phoenician) to inner left, [date (in Phoenician) to right]. Cf. E&E-T Group II.1.2.1.u-v; HGC 10, 316. Toned, roughness, off center. Near VF. Extremely rare with letter to inner left, only 5 examples noted in E&E-T.
