Confronted busts of Diadumenian on left, bareheaded, facing laureate head of Macrinus on right / Asclepius standing facing, head left, holding serpent-entwined staff; Є (mark of value) to right. H&J, Marcianopolis 6.24.20.8; AMNG I 746; Varbanov 1255. Dark green patina with spots of pitting, some smoothing and scratches in fields. VF.
