Radiate, draped, and cuirassed bust right, seen from behind, holding spear and shield decorated with gorgoneion / Gordian, laureate and in military dress, on horseback right, thrusting spear at lion running right below. SNG BN 1722 (same obv. die as 1702-4); RPC VII.2 Online 3457; SNG Levante 1132; Lindgren & Kovacs 1635 (this coin). Red-brown surfaces, roughness. Good Fine.
