C. Memmius C.f. 56 BC. AR Denarius (19mm, 3.79 g, 6h). Rome mint. Laureate and bearded head of Quirinus right / Ceres seated right, holding torch and three stalks of grain; erect serpent to right. Crawford 427/2; Sydenham 921; Memmia 9; RBW 1532. Light tone with some luster, small area of soft strike. Good VF.
