Claudius. AD 41-54. Æ Sestertius (35mm, 25.02 g, 6h). Contemporary imitation. Laureate head right / Spes advancing left, holding flower and raising hem of skirt. For prototype: Cf. RIC I 99; cf. von Kaenel Type 55. Green-brown surfaces, roughness, a few shallow marks. Fine.
