(sunburst): D: (anchor): FRANCISCVS: D: G: FRANCOR: REX:, crowned royal shield within inner border, sun above, L below / +: D: (anchor): XPS: VINCIT: XPS: REGNAT: XPS: IMPER:, cross fleurdelisee, F in first and fourth angles, lis in second and third. A slightly scarcer subtype issued late in this reign, with the mint letter positioned below the obverse shield. Rather handsome and comparatively well-centered, without evidence of bending in the flan.
