Jugate and laureate heads of the Dei Penates to left; D · P · P / Two male figures standing facing one another, each holding a spear and pointing at a sow which lies between them; Π above, C SV(LP)ICI C F in exergue. Crawford 312/1. Sydenham 572. RSC Sulpicia 1. Good Very Fine; lightly toned; well centered on a broad flan; some minor deposits on obverse. Impressive lustrous reverse: incredibly detailed lactating sow with wild boar's head.
