Includes David Sear certificate of authenticity, with historical notes in which he explains "the reverse is dedicated to 'the Augustan Apollo' whose temple was located on a steep slope of the Palatine Hill....It was excavated in the 1960's and probably contained a statue of the god resembling the coin type."
