CUBA. Peso, 1936. Philadelphia Mint. NGC MS-63.
KM-22. "ABC" Peso type. Frosty argent surfaces show meandering luster across all areas when rotated. Despite high mintage figures, "ABC" Pesos remain SCARCE in high grades because they were intended to be used as reserve currency, backing Cuban banknotes in circulation. Many were melted in 1957, yet, among only a handful of others, this Choice survivor was saved for collectors.
Estimate: $300 - $450
