Fr-1048; KM-265. Mintage: 118. Very Challenging and SUPREMELY RARE, this hulking gold issue offers a superb charm on account of its beauty and rarity. Displaying a soft golden luster, this example is occasionally graced with orange toning. Very little evidence of handling is evident, and light scuffing is noted in the fields. As NGC has noted on the holder, evidence of an unfortunate repair is noted, though this is somewhat difficult to spot. This piece is sure to excite all collectors, as it is only seldom encountered, and no matter the condition, every example is a premium example.
