KM-74; J-349. The lowest mintage of this type, this example is made even more desirable for its proof striking. Proofs from this time appear to be an uncommon development, with vanishingly few appearing at auction. This example displays a wholesome sheen that would be expected for a proof striking, and some handsome mottled toning. Hairlines are noted that are consistent for the grade, but these are somewhat obscured by the bright surfaces. The only, thus the finest certified by PCGS.
