The magnificent medal honors the British victory at Waterloo and the heroics of Sir Henry William Paget, 1st Marquis of Anglesey, who lead the second brigade in charge. No evidence of rub is present on the medal, and the glossy surfaces of this Choice example are unbroken by mark, save for some light scuffing on the neck.
