Obverse: Britannia seated left on throne, surrounded by personifications of Industry and the Arts; below, lion reclining left; Reverse: Legend in four lines within wreath. Edge: REAR ADMIRAL MANNERS, F. R. A. S., JUROR. CLASS XV. A hefty, chocolate brown issue with great brilliance emanating from the fields. According to the official report of the medals awarded, class XV pertained to "horological instruments."
