Obverse: Crowned and mantled bust of George left, wearing Chain of the Garter; Reverse: Crowned and draped bust of Elizabeth left. Edge: Some light mottling, otherwise plain. A pleasing and charming rendition of the parents of Queen Elizabeth II, this steely gray, matte specimen captivates with Percy Metcalf's subtle tinge of Art Deco. A few scattered hairlines are mentioned merely for completeness. Includes original red leather case of issue.
