GREAT BRITAIN. Group of Buttons (15 Pieces), ND (ca. 20th Century). Mostly AS MADE.
This charming grouping presents two types, each of which is in two modules:
1) Large Old English-style "A" within collar; marked "FIRMIN & SONS Ld / + LONDON +" on the reverse. 24mm (6).
2) Large Old English-style "A" within collar; marked "FIRMIN S / LONDON" on the reverse. 16mm (6).
3) Eagle flying right under crown; marked "U. R. GAUNT & SON / LONDON" on the reverse. 23mm (2).
4) Eagle flying right under crown; marked "U. R. GAUNT & SON Ltd / LONDON ENGd" on the reverse. 18mm.
All remain quite dazzling and full of brassy brilliance, though those from 3 and 4 are a bit more dull.
