Fr-144; KM-412.4. Mintage: 1,600. No doubt can be had about the tooled designation, as this example has much evidence of intentional movement of metal on the obverse. Despite this, there remains enough luster and charm to make this piece desirable as a hole filler for the budget conscious collector.
