HGC-4, 1597; Kroll-8. Obverse: Helmeted head of Athena right; Reverse: Owl standing right, head facing; olive sprig and crescent to left; all within incuse square. This incredibly alluring and dazzling example displays a silvery-white luster and a bold strike on both sides. The desirability of this specimen is increased by the nearly complete crest of Athena on flan.
