SNG Cop-1094 (Thrace); HGC-3.2, 1799. In the name and types of Lysimachos of Thrace. Obverse: Diademed head of the deified Alexander right, with horn of Ammon; Reverse: Athena seated left on throne, holding crowning Nike; ΣP to inner left, BY on throne; in exergue, ornate trident left. This highly charming example displays a shimmering golden shine and wonderfully struck details that are well centered on the flan. A wonderful example of the type.
