Obverse: Pearl-diademed, helmeted, and cuirassed bust facing slightly right, holding spear and shield; Reverse: Constantinopolis, with head to right, foot set upon prow, and holding scepter and victoriola, seated facing on throne; Δ//CONOB. This exceptionally attractive piece is well struck and does not display any issues on the lustrous golden surfaces--fairly uncommon for the type.
