KINGS of PARTHIA. Phraates IV. Circa 38/7-2 BC. BI Tetradrachm (26mm, 10.88 g, 12h). Seleukeia on the Tigris mint. Dated 286 SE (27/6 BC). Diademed and draped bust left / Phraates seated right on throne, Tyche standing left before him, presenting palm and holding cornucopia; CΠC (year) above Tyche. Cf. Sellwood 51.21 (for type); Sunrise –; Shore –; cf. Callataÿ, Tétradrachmes 162. Areas of find patina, porosity, some scratches. VF.
