JUDAEA, Ascalon. Elagabalus. AD 218-222. Æ (22mm, 8.15 g, 11h). Dated CY 322 (218/9 CE). Laureate and cuirassed bust right, seen from the front / Front view of temple of Phanebal(?), with four doorways, one within the other, and Egyptian style columns. Rosenberger 217; SNG ANS 740; Sofaer 194-5. Dark green patina with earthen highlights, roughness. Fine.
