POUR LA CONSTITUTION ET LA LIBERTE, two hands clasped around scepter surmounted by a liberty cap and decorated with a bust of Louis right; three lis below / C'EST LE PRIX DE SES VERTUS, Louis standing left, holding constitution and being crowned by two flying cupids, with two standing to either side; in exergue, A PARIS LE 14 JT/ 1790.
