Horse advancing left; above, Nike flying left, crowning horse with open wreath held in both hands; below within double linear border. QRTḤDŠT ("Carthage" in Punic) / Palm tree with two date clusters, MḤNT ("In the Camp" in Punic) across lower field. Cf. GPCG pl. 26, 40 (for protoype). Green deposits, cleaning marks, otherwise as made.
