Belgium ND (1982-92) P-145 PMG Gem UNC 66 EPQ 5000 FrancsA desirable "Pre-Euro" high denomination note, surprisingly scarce today. The subtle design elements of this note are quite pretty. Underrated perhaps, but certainly uncommon, especially in this grade.
