THRACE. Chersonesos. Circa 386-338 BC. Hemidrachm (Silver, 11.5 mm, 2.21 g). Forepart of a lion to right, his head turned left. Rev. Quadripartite incuse square with alternating raised and sunken quarters; pellet and monogram VE in one quarter and lizard in another. McClean 4117-8. SNG Copenhagen 830. Lightly toned. Light scratches, otherwise, very fine.
