KINGS OF SOPHENE. Mithradates I, 2nd half of 2nd century BC. Chalkous (Bronze, 10 mm, 1.16 g, 11 h), Arkathiokerta. Diademed head of Mithradates I to left, wearing bashlyk. Rev. [MIΘP (?)] Nike advancing to right holding wreath with which she crowns king's name. Apparently unknown with Nike to the right. Cf. Obolos 15, 2020, 466 for an example with victory to the left. Very fine.
